Andrew serves as CTO of EleganceIT. Mr Mazyakov has more than 10 years experience in effective and highly profitable software development. Mr.Mazyakov is constantly improving his knowledge, he follows all the latest updates in IT. Andrew is always ready to share his knowledge and experience with his developers’ team. Great number of highly skilled IT professionals became such under Andrew’s guidance. Mr. Mazyakov holds Master of Science degree from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.

Vitaliy is a repeated champion of any possible economics contests of Belarus. Mr. Yakovlev manages and controls all the operations within his department, supervises projects’ completing. Vitaliy holds negotiations with international partners of EleganceIT, he has outstanding communicational and personal skills.

In 2007 EleganceIT  opened new subdivision of Mobile Development. Since that time under Yury’s guidance many innovative mobile applications were developed. All these mobile solutions are in great demand in the USA, EU, CIS. Mr. Kovalenok holds Bachelor  Degree from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.

Elena Mamonenko holds a Master of Science degree in international management and marketing. Elena has great experience in search engine optimization and internet marketing. As chief marketing officer of software development company she works on different software projects as marketing consultant and analyst.

For his four years career in EleganceIT Mr. Peresko step by step from common developer position came to the position of Senior Project Manager in Java Technology. Andrey has tens of successfully completed projects and grateful for his excellent work clients. Mr. Peresko holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Computer Engineering from Belarusian Communication State University.
