This model is usually used in small projects (up to one month) or in projects having a very detailed specification when all requirements are clear and all functional is presented. In this case EleganceIT can determine exactly the duration and the budget and guarantee its realization.

Milestones Model

This model is destined for long-term projects that can be divided into parts. According to this model the project is part-paid, monthly basis or Milestone basis. This model allows the customer managing the project development process.

Time&Material Model

It is more flexible Model than the previous two. According to this model the customer can change the specification, requirements, design, etc. It is hourly paid model. The customer can reduce or increase the project team to optimize expenses and the project duration.

Dedicated Team Model

According to this model – EleganceIT  forms a permanent team to develop all projects of the customer. EleganceIT hires developers, testers, project managers, buys the equipment and creates the infrastructure based on the customer’s requirements.
According with this model the formed team is the offshore center of the customer's software development company.  In consequence of the strong partnership the customer's team gets admission to the ready products, frameworks, quality system, and other servises of the EleganceIT Company.
